Glassprimer™ glass paint spray painting method instructional video:

• Step 1. Thoroughly scrub entire glass surface with isopropyl rubbing alcohol and #000 steel wool first. Next, clean glass surface until dry with clean paper towels and isopropyl rubbing alcohol.

• Step 2. Thoroughly Mix 7 parts of paint (GPPP083) with 1 part of catalyst (GPUC083).

• Step 3. Paint glass surface using a paint spray gun with 3-4 coats.  Allow at least 5 minutes in between each coat. Allow paint to cure at room temperature. Paint will cure generally in 24-48 hours.
  

*Use an HVLP Spray gun with a tip size generally ranging from 1.5 – 2.0 mm. Air pressure should be set from 40-120 psi

*Thin paint with conventional acetone no more than 15% (1 part)

• Rolling Paint: If rolling paint, use a mohair roller of desired size. Roll 3-4 coats on glass waiting 20-30 minutes in between each coat. Thinning is not recommended for rolling.
